Healthy Living
What is Healthy
|
Every day it seems there is some new definition on how to answer the question;
what is healthy. New fad diets and workout regimes, new health epiphanies about miracle vitamins and foods make it hard to understand exactly what it means. The guidance of MyHealthyLivingHabits.com is that healthy living means a combination of healthy eating and fitness. Yes we could have thrown in maintaining a healthy weight, or keeping a low stress level, but those things are side effects (good side effects!) of Healthy Eating and Fitness. Focus on those two things, and you will be on your way to Healthy Living.
